Minds are like sheets. If you don't change them at least weekly, they get a little funky, the crumbs accumulate, and it might be hard to get to sleep. If you're not feeling well, and spending a lot of time in them, changing daily isn't a bad idea. But changing them hourly doesn't actually make you feel better, and it just means having to do fuckloads of laundry.
