ah-hah!
I turned in the damn Drosophila paper. (Hear my entire acquaintance breathe an enormous sigh of relief.) Further, I took my Chemistry final, kicked its ass, and confirmed that I was carrying a reasonable average in the rest of the class. So I am safe from having to take that ever again.

On to o-chem starting 5 January. In the meanwhile, I am enjoying the rush of energy while it lasts, and doing things like cleaning litter boxes and making my to-do list consonant with reality as I know it.

Current Mood: triumphant
Current Music: Jane Siberry - Love Is Everything: Anthology (Disc 1) - "Bound By The Beauty"

congratulations!

I took three one-credit classes this term (State Legislature, State Lobbying, and State Budgeting) and have gotten As in the two for which I've gotten results. Still waiting to hear about Legislature.

Yay! Good job. And you're now as far in chemistry as I ever got - I never took Organic...

I'd treat you to the traditional Columbia University Marching Band O-chem study aid, but I don't think you'd appreciate a rendition of "Satisfaction" on the kazoo while you're trying to study...
