The clutch in the Mazda has suddenly lost all but 2 inches of useful travel, and downshifting is getting tricky. (Reverse is worse.) The route home tonight goes through about 20 miles of mountain road. Yes, I could drive to San Jose, but I wanted to go HOME.

Thus I am cutting Biology class to type on the computer and whine instead of either going home or going to San Jose or going to class like an intelligent person with a midterm coming up in a week and a half. Sometimes I am just Not Too Bright.

Current Mood: anxiousanxious

At least you have a manual transmission; just think how much it would cost to get the thing fixed if it was an automatic...

Just As An Aside...

If you ever need a place that's closer to crash, I'm in Alameda now. :)
